Spending time in nature has been shown to calm the mind, ease stress, and support emotional wellbeing. Yet in today’s busy world, many of us feel increasingly disconnected from the natural world.
Outdoor therapy combines the benefits of counselling with the healing presence of nature. Whether sitting beneath trees, walking a woodland path, or simply breathing in fresh air, being outdoors can help you feel grounded, open, and more connected to yourself.
My identity as a therapist has been shaped by a deep belief in the restorative power of nature and the importance of being truly heard. As an accredited wilderness therapist and qualified counsellor, I have spent over five years walking alongside people in natural settings, supporting them through times of change, loss, and healing.
I have experience working on wilderness trails, in group settings with adults and children, and in one-to-one therapy. I work closely with people experiencing grief and those affected by domestic abuse, always bringing a gentle, trauma-aware approach. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, without pressure or judgement.
Being outdoors can offer a different kind of therapeutic space — one that allows room to breathe, reflect, and reconnect. I am confident in holding psychological safety in the natural environment and in helping you build a meaningful connection with both nature and your inner world.
Alongside this, I hold a Level 3 Outdoor First Aid qualification and appropriate insurance, so your safety and wellbeing are always supported on every level.
Whether we sit in a therapy room, meet online, or walk together outdoors, my intention is the same: to offer a warm, respectful, and confidential relationship where you can explore what matters to you, at your own pace.

If you feel drawn to explore therapy in nature, I’d love to hear from you. Together, we can create space for healing, reflection, and growth in the natural world.
